• We are looking for an experienced and talented Scrum Master to join our team! As our Scrum Master, you will be working with a team of highly skilled and experienced developers.

Scrum Master duties and responsibilities:

• Initiate, review or approve modifications to product plans.
• Identify need for initial or supplemental product resources.
• Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
• Develop and manage work breakdown structure of information technology product.
• Monitor the performance of project team members, providing and documenting performance feedback.
• Assign duties, responsibilities, and spans of authority to project personnel.
• Be able to help product team and development team break work down into Epics and Stories with a clear definition of done.
• Support an Agile community of practice
• Maintain Epics and Stories in agile tools and generate metrics and reports for associated scrum teams
• Guiding the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers
• Guiding the team on self-organizing to fill in the intentional gaps left in the Agile/Scrum frameworks
• Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is
• sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization
• Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution
• Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information
• Supporting and educating the Product Owner, especially on grooming and maintaining the product backlog
• Providing all support to the team using a servant leadership style whenever possible, and leading by example
• Follow a Product Development Process that includes elements of planning, estimation, gathering and analyzing requirements, developing
• concepts and designs, implementation, developing and executing test plans' and engaging in work product reviews.

• Ability to handle aggressive deadlines with agility and results driven approach
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent in English
• Ability to use MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Ability to interact effectively with other team members as well as individuals in other disciplines and organizations
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures
• Requires Minimum of BS in Computer Science, or other related Eng. or science fields
• Minimum of 3 years in a technical role and 5 years working as a certified scrum master
