Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated product director to be the point person in our scrum team. The product owner will be responsible for defining the product vision and managing the product development process. Other responsibilities include supporting the scrum team, managing backlog items, and optimizing the value of the product(s). You should also be able to lead the different product development teams toward achieving the vision and mission of the organization.

Objectives of this Role

• Collaborate with stakeholders to craft vision and concept development of a product

• Work with internal and external contacts to analyze needs and align product roadmap to strategic goals

• Keep up with agile/scrum best practices and trends

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

• Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product
• Develop detailed product feature specifications and ensure they’re clearly understood by the development teams

• Identifying areas of improvement.

• Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work aligns with product strategy

• Lead the product-release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities

• Serve as the product ambassador internally and externally, sharing knowledge and answering questions related to the product

• Keeping customers and stakeholders informed of the status of the product.

• Customer-first, ABCD thinking mindset

• Proactive, self-starter with excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment
• High degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability
