About the role:

As a Frontend Team Lead at Mahdaad, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our products. You will lead a talented team of frontend developers, guiding them to deliver high-quality, performant, and user-centric web applications.

Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership:
• Oversee the technical Architecture and implementation of frontend applications.
• Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend technologies and trends.
• Collaborate with backend engineers and designers to ensure seamless integration and a cohesive user experience.
• Team Management:
• Set clear goals and expectations for the team.
• Provide regular feedback and performance reviews.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
• Estimate development efforts and track progress.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks.
• Ensure adherence to Agile Scrum framework.
• Quality Assurance:
• Establish and maintain high coding standards.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Implement robust Testing strategies (unit, integration, end-to-end).
• Monitor application performance and optimize as needed.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in frontend development
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• In-depth knowledge of Vue.js framework.
• Experience with state management libraries like Redux or Pinia.
• Familiarity with Testing frameworks like Jest or Vitest.
• A solid understanding of Agile Scrum frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving and Debugging skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for building high-quality user interfaces.
• Proficiency in English at an intermediate level.
• Experience in SaaS development is a plus.
