At Chavosh, we are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with a strong focus on display advertising channels. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of performance marketing, data analysis, and Optimization techniques. This role will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion through strategic campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns to achieve key performance metrics (KPIs) such as ROAS, CPA, and CTR.
- Conduct A/B Testing to identify best practices and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Create and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies tailored to display channels.
- Collaborate with the customer’s marketing team to align campaign strategies with overall business goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging best practices.
- Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to optimize and scale campaigns.
- Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, highlighting key metrics and trends.
- Utilize data-driven decision-making to inform campaign adjustments and future strategies.
- Communicate campaign performance and insights to stakeholders, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Foster strong relationships with platform representatives to leverage new features and opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on display advertising channels.
- Proven track record of managing and optimizing large-scale advertising campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and platform-specific dashboards.
- Excellent understanding of audience targeting, bidding strategies, and creative best practices.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
