About Polance:

We are now looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our growing team. This is a freelance, contract-based opportunity with the flexibility of working remotely.
Requirements:
- English proficiency (C1+) – excellent communication skills. (English level for speaking is important)
- Python skills (mandatory).
- Strong software engineering background with expertise in one of the following:
- .NET, Java, or Golang
- Cloud technologies and system Design principles
- Solid understanding of software Design principles and development best practices.
- AI/ML experience is a strong plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Good network speed and VPN access
Compensation
- Salary range: $1,000 – $2,000 USD per month
- Type: Freelance / Contract (remote)
