Job Description:
We are looking for a highly proficient and results-driven Upwork expert to manage and grow our Upwork account, focusing on landing relevant marketing and advertising projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of securing and managing projects on Upwork, as well as strong communication skills to engage with potential clients effectively. You will be responsible for bidding on projects, building client relationships, and helping our company expand its portfolio on the platform.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize our Upwork account to attract quality leads
- Identify and bid on relevant projects in the fields of marketing, branding, and paid advertising
- Communicate effectively with potential clients to secure contracts
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service
- Ensure proposals are tailored to client needs and showcase our company’s unique strengths
- Manage relationships with clients acquired through Upwork, ensuring timely project delivery
- Work closely with our internal team to align with overall company goals and project requirements
