Job Role:

• Mine and analyze data from company databases to drive Optimization and improvement of product development, marketing techniques, and business strategies.
• Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques.
• Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets.
• Develop company A/B Testing framework and test model quality.
• Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy.
• Use predictive modeling to increase and optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, ad targeting, and other business outcomes.
• Coordinate with different functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes.
• Work with others to develop, refine and scale data management and analytics procedures, systems, workflows, best practices, and other issues.
• Participate in a cross-disciplinary project team of Database specialists, data scientists, and business subject-matter experts to complete project deliverables.
• Research and devise innovative statistical models for data analysis

Job Requirements:

• Experience using and developing data architectures
• Experience with common Data Science toolkit & data visualization tools
• Engineering experience using large data systems
• Experience in statistical modeling, machine learning, data mining, unstructured data analytics, natural language processing
• Experience with NoSQL databases, such as MongoDB
• Good applied statistics skills, such as distributions, statistical Testing, regression, etc.
• Good scripting and programming skills
• Thrive in a fast-paced, result-driven startup-type environment
• Familiar with Fin-tech business and regulations
