Project goals: Migrate Internal Web application ("ACT") to using new data sources coming from
multiple Microservices.
Description: Main source for our data is going to be decommissioned, and we need to start
using a set of new internal data sources differently – instead of getting the data from
one single Database, it will be available from multiple data services.
The goal of this project is to connect to those data services through developing a set of
microservices that will stream the data into the ACT.

Set-up:

Part of Agile team.

Duration:

3 months (until July 1st)

Responsibilities:

• Integrating with new data services (Kafka +REST)
• Building Microservices (Python, Docker, ECS, EKS, Lambda, Elastic Beanstalk)
• Building APIs (Python (Flask/Fast API), ECS, EKS, Lambda, Elastic Beanstalk)

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience as a Python Developer
• REST API, Swagger
• Kafka, Microservices Architecture
• Docker, Containers
• AWS (ECS, EKS, Lambda)
• Continuous Integration
