Assisting in system upgrades/releases and implementations liaising with end-users and developers and performing Unit Testing.
To examine potential areas for Service Improvement and raise proposals with the Financial Systems Manager.
Building financial models that translate reporting/client needs into workable financial tools.
Act as a technical resource and internal consultant for internal stakeholders.
Writing and maintaining Financial System Reports.
Support and maintenance of the firm’s financial systems.
Updating snapshot data for Revenue for prior periods.
Ensure there are robust procedures and processes within the application support function remit.
Creating dashboards.
Research about various related concepts like BIAN, FAW, NoSQL
Creating standard and customized reports and familiarity with reporting tools (like Jasper Reports).
Creation and maintenance of system support documentation.
Provide timely and export advice on emerging trends and issues affecting Service Delivery and Support.

Requirements:

+3 years experience in a Finance Systems role.
Experienced with Banking Accounting, Developing Accounting systems as Analyzer, nodata Database, reporting tools (like Jasper Reports).
Deep knowledge of financial concepts like Documentation Rules, Accounts Tree, Floating Detail Accounts, Cost Centers, Balance, Cut-Off, Standard Documents, Different Account Types, Multicurrency, Expired Documents, etc.
Familiarity with designing based on standard methodologies like Agile and RUP.
Sufficient knowledge of designing the documents related to financial systems like Treasury, Facilities, Estate, etc.
Familiarity with payment and credit industry
Experience in implementing financial enterprise applications.
Technical knowledge of SQL Server.
Familiarity with Relational Databases and fluent in querying relational data. And good knowledge of concepts like Concurrency, Database Locks, SQL Tuning, etc.
Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to deal with executives, fee earners, and internal clients at all levels.
