Okala company is looking for new teammates in the field of product manager to participate and accompany in cooperation with other team members in development of software products.
Our mission is to create an unique experience of online shoping for supermarket products for all people throughout Iran.

Job description:

• Communicate and interact closely with product stakeholders to obtain requirements, identify and solve problems, and deliver new value.
• Developing product strategy according to the needs of customers and stakeholders
• Identify, define, and analyze product performance indicators, Customer Impact Metrics, and Customer Personas
• Collaborate as a member of a cross-functional team to find and develop the best solutions to meet the needs of customers and stakeholders.
• Drafting, updating, and ensuring the team moves along the product roadmap
• Product backlog management, iteration planning, user story description and development, data analysis and effect analysis
• Researching and searching for the latest market events and identifying new opportunities

Job requirements:

• Mastery of software development processes
• Mastery of formulating product strategy and preparing road map
• Mastery of compiling and managing the product backlog
• Familiarity with customer data analysis tools (Google Analytics, ...)
• Mastery of agile methodologies and related tools (Jira, Confluence, ...)
• Familiarity with product Design concepts
• Ability to work collaboratively, strong public relations, and experience in stakeholder management
