We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Data Scientist to join our team. Our mission is to deliver state-of-the-art AI and ML solutions. As a Senior Data Scientist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping AI-driven projects across diverse domains such as NLP, computer vision, predictive analytics, and more.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and collaborate on machine learning projects in diverse fields, including but not limited to NLP, OCR, classification, recommendation systems, and time series analysis.
• Design, develop, and deploy robust machine learning models, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and techniques in AI and ML, and apply them to solve real-world problems.
• Conduct research and experiments to improve the accuracy and performance of models.
• Work with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, gather requirements, and deliver solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and reproducible code, and document workflows and findings.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (5+ years) in machine learning, Data Science, or AI-related roles.
• Expertise in Python and its Data Science and ML libraries, such as Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Pytorch, Keras, OpenCV, etc.
• Experience with advanced techniques, including deep learning, transfer learning, and reinforcement learning.
• Familiarity with modern NLP frameworks (e.g., Hugging Face Transformers, Spacy) and computer vision tools (e.g., YOLO, Detectron).
• Proficient in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Solid understanding of version control systems, particularly Git, and experience with collaborative development.
• Comfortable working in Linux environments and with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with MLOps tools and practices (e.g., Docker, MLFlow) is highly desirable.
• Advanced degree (BS, MS, Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or related fields is a plus.
