Your Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable web applications and APIs using Ruby on Rails.
• Design and optimize Database models and queries for PostgreSQL.
• Lead code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure high standards of quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver well-rounded solutions.
• Drive technical decisions and contribute to system Architecture.
• Ensure application reliability through automated Testing, CI/CD, and performance Monitoring.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of hands-on Ruby on Rails experience in production environments.
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, ActiveRecord, and query Optimization.
• Proficiency with RSpec, Git, and modern CI/CD workflows.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and cloud deployment (AWS).
• Excellent English communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Bonus: Experience with Front-end frameworks (React, Vue.js), infrastructure as code, or scaling high-traffic applications.
