About the Role:

• A solid grasp of User Experience and Visual Design fundamentals
• Understand and translate user needs, business requirements, and technical capabilities into innovative product solutions.
• Define entire user experiences, and interaction concepts. Creating wireframes, user flows and high-fidelity prototype
• Collaborate with team members throughout the Design phase to address iterative feedback and to ensure optimal Design execution.
• Research and user Testing efforts to hypothesize and validate customer needs
• Use qualitative and quantitative data to iterate and optimize product features

About You:

• 3+ years professional experience with digital product Design.
• A portfolio showcasing your ability to solve Design problems.
• A strong understanding of interaction Design concepts.
• The ability to clearly communicate and document your Design decisions.
• An excellent sense of typography, layout, and general Design principles.
• Strong visual Design skills.
• Someone who is meticulous, but able to iterate quickly.
• Someone who is comfortable defining success metrics and making data-driven Design decisions.
