Inviting the CTO for the development, support and management of the crypto exchange

prerequisites:

• work ethics, discipline, seriousness and valid guarantee are very important
• Significant skill in Architecture and programming
• At least 6 years of team management experience
• Mastering the concepts and structure of Agile management and project control methods

Skills and Duties:

• Nest.js ، Next.js ,TS ، Socket.IO ، RabbitMQ ، GraphQL ، PostgreSQL ، Redis ، Testing
• Config and modelize servers
• Hardening servers
• Hexagonal Architecture
• CEH, LPIC 1, LPIC 2
• Dockerize project
• Code review
• Clickup
• Implement CI/CD for all projects
• Implement Git flow and Git convension for branching and commiting
• Config Jira task management system and confluence team workspace
• Managing project scope before, during and post delivery
• Determining requirements and providing project estimates and timelines
• Overseeing deployments and new releases
• Identifing and removing bottlenecks that impede the progress of projects
• Providing leadership, support and motivation to technical team members
• Ensuring project stays within budget and identifying scope creep
• Solving issues and developing workarounds and alternative solutions
• Ensuring the regular delivery of projects and products in accordance with agile methodologies
• Necessary familiarity with UI/UX

optional:

• Experience working with Crypto Exchange Architecture
• Familiarity with Blockchain technology and Solidity language
